Depending on the type of application, working temperature and specific load, we offer different types of cartridge heating elements: with evenly distributed power, differentiated or with several independent heating elements.

The classic cross-section is round, but a square cross-section (with dimensions 4.5×4.5mm, 6x6mm, 8x8mm, 10x10mm) can be made for specific requirements.

Low, medium and high density with nickel-chrome resistive wire.

PTC (positive temperature coefficient) with ceramic semiconductor; these cartridges have the advantage of being self-regulating, a very important factor in some specific working environments.

Cartridge heaters optimize heat transfer, allowing uniform heating of the application. In addition, they allow extremely small masses to be heated with specific ratings and high temperatures.

Cartridge heaters can be combined with integrated temperature sensors, typically J and K thermocouples, PT100 and PT 1000.

They can operate in air or liquid, or in direct contact with metal, when fitted in a calibrated hole.

Cartridge heating elements are CSA and UL approved.
