Only you may request to exercise your rights or those of your minor child, and your request must be verifiable. Your verifiable consumer request must:
- provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and
- your request will sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.
We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you. We consider requests made through your password protected account sufficiently verified when the request relates to Personal Information associated with that specific account. For requests to transfer your Personal Information to another entity, we will provide your Personal Information in our chosen format that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information without hindrance. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. Unless permitted under applicable laws, solely due to the exercise of your rights hereunder, we will not:

- charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties;

CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Certain web browsers and mobile operating systems or applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage, there is no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.
DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?
If you are a California resident, you have specific rights regarding access to your personal information. California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California resident users to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes, and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation or any processing that may be required to protect against illegal activities.

Verification process.
Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with the information you have previously provided us. We may also use other verification methods as the circumstances dictate.

To the extent possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. If we cannot verify your identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of verifying your identity, and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. Other privacy rights
You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the data. You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized agent that does not submit proof of valid authorization to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.
You may request to opt-out from future selling of your personal information to third parties. Upon receiving a request to opt-out, we will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than 15 days from the date of the request submission.
