5.0Torque power
This electric scooter will be our future, No one would have given such a good build quality. Its torque power is better than ola.And no one is going to give so many options for charging. This is not a scooter, It is our life, It takes us away, So everyone will ask which company has such a good premium scooter, When it drives it, It seems that no one has made such a good scooter, Battery management is better than ola.Its handling is like a super car and bike, The hero pays more attention to the customers than himself, No one will have any problem in taking it.Forgive me who has been harmed or harmed by my review.

I every one, I purchased
I every one, I purchased hero vida v1 pro on 5th feb & driven it 10k upto today. As real world mileage 100 km with ecco mode with pillion driving i get but the worst happening that now my vida doesn't fast charge on charging station.I think it's battery is getting heated on fast charging as everyday i run 100 km & try fast charging but it slowly not now charging fast & taking 5 hours to complete on fast charging.Service centre says cloud problem which he lies i know & call centre says go to service centre. It's a big issue but as it not looks hero motocorp ready to accept battery heating problem & now my known 10 people also having the same who maximum fast chage. It's more than 55 days complaining through all channel & going with this pain. Now thinking to take legal action.Any one others if getting fast charging slow than contact me, So we can question hero motocorp or vida team.

2.2Battery backup
Very bad experience.Life has become hell after purchasing vida v1 pro. While purchasing they promised to deliver everything at ease.Battery backup has degraded after 6 months of purchase. Now they are not ready to give service as they promised. They asked to visit 40 km away service center which according to them is only service center but customer care has shared 10-15 service center locations and as per their instructions visited few locations and denied for servicing vehicle.Even after their failed promises i had compromised to their terms, But are failed to give a small effort.Feeling mentally tortured as i have become their s***e after purchasing vechicle worth 1.63 lakhs. This has been more than 3 months and yet vehicle is in very bad shape and yet they are unable to provide any solution.

Vida V1 completely nuts in one area
Hero has now gone completely nuts in one area: the features. This instrument cluster is the first topic I want to discuss. It has a seven-inch touchscreen with full colour that displays a lot of information. In addition to the standard information like speed, range, clock, and charge, it also gives the rider the option to choose between riding modes. Although switching between modes is possible via the instrument cluster, I found doing it through the switchgear to be nicer and easier. Along with the scooter paper, the cluster also provides a storage and display option for your driver's licence. You can use turn-by-turn navigation if you're linked to the Vida app on your smartphone. Sadly, we weren't allowed to use that app.

The Vida V1's outside design exudes creativity and complication, while the inside has lodgment and avant- garde design. The brilliant I use daily its seductive design,eco-friendliness, and utility. In any script, possible downsides might include shorter charging ages and a limited reach.
