The Okinawa Okhi-90 is the company’s flagship electric scooter. It comes with a mature styling, along with massive 16-inch alloy wheels - something that’s not very common in the segment.

Okinawa Okhi90 Key Highlights

Price: Okinawa Okhi90 comes in four colours and they all cost Rs 1,86,006 (ex-showroom, including FAME-2 subsidy).

Design: The Okinawa Okhi90 gets a conservative yet elegant design, with clean and minimalistic styling, giving an overall mature appeal to it. The chrome highlights on the apron, side panels, as well as the chromed out rear wheel mirrors exude a properly premium feel.

Features: The Okinawa Okhi90 is fully featured, packing a fully-digital instrument console. It has two ride modes (Eco and Power), Bluetooth connectivity through a mobile app, turn-by-turn navigation, an all-LED lighting, Call/SMS alerts, OTA updates, keyless access, geo-fencing, music control, a spacious 40-litre under-seat boot space and an anti-theft alarm, along with a USB charging socket. Lighting system is all-LED too.

Motor: The Okhi90 is put to work by a mid-drive type electric motor, which produces 3.8kW of peak power. It is powered by a 3.6kWh lithium-ion battery, which takes around 5-6 hours for a full charge and gives the electric scooter a claimed range of 160km. Suspension duties are handled by a telescopic fork up front and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is looked after by disc units at both ends, with E-ABS (Electronic-Assisted Braking System) and regenerative braking. The e-scooter rolls on 16 inch wheels, which come wrapped in 100-section front and 120-section rear tubeless tyres. Okhi90 comes with a seat height of 803mm and has a generous ground clearance of 175mm. It also comes with a loading capacity of 150kg.

Rivals: The Okinawa Okhi90 is a premium e-scooter, which rivals the likes of the Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X, Bajaj Chetak and the upcoming Simple One.

Charging Time: can get fully charged in 5-6 hours.

Variants: The e-scooter is offered as a single variant, but in four shades (Glossy Ash Grey, Glossy Jewelry Blue, Glossy Pearl White and Glossy Wine Red). Mechanicals and features remain the same across the board.

Okinawa Okhi90 is my new electric scooter

Okinawa Okhi90 is my new electric scooter that i brought 1 month ago. I used this Scooter since 1 month and my overall experience with this scooter is Very amazing. The Company claimed Riding Range of scooter is 160 km per charge. Motor Power is 3800 watt. Charging Time is approx 5 to 6 Hours. I Also like front amd rear disc break that provide us full safety. The key features of scooter is Boot light, DRLs, Fast Charging, keyless ignition, Mobile connectivity, anti theft alarm etc.

Great performance and excellent range

Okinawa Okhi90 is a modern and retro looking scooter with great road presence. It gives great performance with excellent range and unique features and has a value pricing for the segment and performance. It will be one of the biggest e scooters on sale in India but fit and finishing could be better and ride quality on broken road is not good. Its claimed range is around 160 km per charge and is equipped with a TFT screen but six hours for a fully charge and price is on the higher side.

Modern and excellent range

It will be one of the largest e scooters on the market in India but the fit and finish might be better and the ride quality on broken roads is poor. The Okinawa Okhi90 is a modern and retro styled scooter with excellent road presence and provides good performance, an excellent range, and unique features at a reasonable price for the segment and performance. Its claimed range is roughly 160 km per charge and it has a TFT screen but it takes six hours to fully charge and the pricing is on the expensive side.
