About Nissan Sunny
Nissan Sunny is a budget mid-size sedan trading in Indian market at Rs 6.99-9.30 lakh (ex-
showroom, Delhi). The highlight of Nissan Sunny is its spacious interiors which offer plenty
of space, especially in the back seat. The top of the line XV CVT variant of Sunny comes
equipped with some luxurious features like leather upholstery, piano black instrument cluster,
a massive 490-litre boot, a push-button start-stop system with keyless entry, steering mounted
audio and telephonic controls, driver seat height adjustment, automatic climate control, and
rear camera parking system. On the safety front, Sunny offers dual front airbags, Anti-Lock
Braking System with electronic brake force distribution, follow me headlamps, front fog
lamps, an anti-theft device with alarm, speed sensitive auto door lock, and engine
immobilizer. In Indian market, the Nissan Sunny is up against the likes of Honda City,
Maruti Ciaz, Volkswagen Vento, and Skoda Rapid among others.

July 6, 2017: With GST kicking in, prices of the Nissan Sunny have been revised. Based on pre-GST taxes, the ex-showroom prices have gone down.
Mumbai:The starting price for the sedan now starts at Rs6.89lakh for the XE petrol trim, as opposed to Rs 7.36 lakh pre-GST. That's a reduction of Rs 47,000. Similarly, the XV CVT petrolvariant is now Rs 53,000 cheaper and costs Rs 8.93 lakh. Prices have been slashed across variants.
Delhi:The starting price for the sedan now starts at Rs 6.89 lakh for the XE petrol variant, as opposed to Rs 6.99 lakh pre-GST. That's a difference of Rs 10,000. The XV CVT petrolnow costs Rs 8.93 lakh against the previous price tag of Rs 8.99 lakh. Prices have been slashed across variants.
Do note that prices for insurance are marginally higher, as they are taxed at 18 per cent instead of the earlier 15 per cent.
