Breaking: Hero Splendor Plus New Colour Launched

Bike of the masses, India’s favourite motorcycle – the Hero Splendor Plus – will now sport a brand new paint scheme called ‘Silver Nexus Blue’. The new shade will command a small premium over the other four colours, for which prices begin at Rs 71,978 (ex-showroom Delhi). 

The new shade ‘Silver Nexus Blue’ is essentially a light silver base coat with Royal Blue decals along the body of the motorcycle which contrast the blacked out underpinnings, engine and alloy wheels. If you want the Splendor in the new Silver Nexus Blue it is available with the variant which gets drum brakes, i3S, alloys and a self-start. The new shade will set you back Rs 72,978  (ex-showroom Delhi).

Is it pricey? A little. It would have been nicer to have the new shade at the same price as the other colour options or maybe a second coat of paint instead of stickers.
