Tata Altroz Racer

The highly anticipated sportier version of the Tata Altroz is likely to launch next month. The Altroz Racer, will encapsulate sporty visual treatment and cosmetic changes to the exterior and interior along with a bump in performance. It will feature the 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine (120 PS and 170 Nm) derived from its elder sibling, the Nexon. With this unit, the Altroz Racer will be more powerful than the standard model. Furthermore, it will also get a larger infotainment system and digital driver’s display along with a heads-up display unit. It will directly compete with the Hyundai i20 N-Line.

Maruti Suzuki Dzire

With the recently launched new-generation Maruti Swift, it is very likely to see the updated Maruti Suzuki Dzire being launched pretty soon. The sedan counterpart of the Swift hatchback will come with additional features and equipment over the hatchback, but will retain the design language and powertrain options. It will be powered by the new 1.2-litre 3-cylinder Z Series engine producing 82 PS and 112 Nm.

Audi Q8 Facelift

Audi gave its flagship SUV, the Q8, a mild facelift following its latest design language in the second half of 2023. Now, it’s expected to arrive on our shores this month. With a more aggressive stance, it will feature a bolder and more muscular profile with redesigned bumpers and grille pattern.  It is likely to continue with the 3-litre turbocharged petrol engine along with a 48V mild-hybrid system which produces 340 PS and 500 Nm. Audi claims a 0-100 kmph timing of 5.9 seconds and a limited top speed of 250 kmph.

MG Gloster Facelift

MG’s flagship SUV in India, the Gloster, is bound to get a mid-life update and will soon be introduced as a facelifted version in the country. It will have completely refreshed looks for the exterior with design changes made to its bumpers and wheels. On the inside, it will be tech-loaded like before, and is expected to be equipped with ADAS Level 2 features as well. It is likely to continue with its 2-litre turbo-diesel engines (216 PS and 161 PS) mated to an automatic transmission. It will be available in both 4x2 and 4x4 variants. It will rival SUVs like the Toyota Fortuner and Jeep Meridian.
