Is Mahindra XUV700 available in automatic transmission?

The SUV gets a retuned version of the Thar’s engines. The 2-litre turbo-petrol engine makes 200PS and 380Nm, while the 2.2-litre diesel engine produces up to 185PS and up to 450Nm. Both come mated to 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic transmissions. An optional AWD is available as well, but only with the AX7 AT.

Currently, Mahindra XUV700 is not available with automatic transmission and the 7-seater variant is not launched yet, so we would suggest you to stay tuned for the updates.

The transmission type of the Mahindra XUV700 AX5 variant is Manual.

Selecting the right fuel type depends on your utility and the average running of the car. If you drive less than 50km in a day then we recommend you to go with a petrol car as they are easy to maintain, have a longer life span and they cost less initially than the diesel car. On the other hand, diesel cars are preferred if the average daily run is more than 50km which makes it a feasible purchase.Diesel cars are more fuel-efficient and provide more torque, therefore, are preferred for a person who drives more than 50km. Mahindra XUV700 is currently available in Petrol and Diesel engines only. The 1999 cc Petrol engine generates a power of 197.13bhp@5000rpm and torque of 380nm@1750-3000nm. The 2198 cc Diesel engine generates a power of 152.87bhp@3750rpm and torque of 360nm@1500-2800rpm. Moreover, Mahindra XUV700 is not available in the CNG fuel type. Also, it would not be a feasible option to install one.

Can be done cng fitment in 2.0 litre petrol or not worth to do ? How compatible it will be ?
