I did change the seats a bit but I have completed multiple 800km/day rides on the jawa with plenty of luggage too (i have a tail rack). Never had a pillion accompany me though so i wouldn't be able to give you any insight on that front. It's all about your endurance. Everything else like comfort etc can be modified to help you. Right off the showroom it might not be a very comfortable experience as the seat alone can keep you from riding long hours.

This will depend more on your endurance rather than that of the machine. We normally are advised to take a short break after every 90 mins of riding. This will allow you to stretch your legs and allow the machine to cool too.

@ Uppiliappan | New Jawa can be used for short trips Max 100 km a day. It is not a highway cruiser. Seating will not be comfortable for long rides. We cant accommodate a pillion rider for long rides because insufficient space .

Bro I did a 450kms ride and a 300kms ride recently on my jawa 42. I can proudly say that it runs better than any royal enfield bikes even himalayan. I can cruise at 100/110 kms per hour effortlessly. ride it to know it!
