You need no license or registration in India for scooters that have their top speed capped at 25km per hour or have a motor of 250W or lower. However, the Hero Vida V1 is powered by a 6000 W Hub Motor and the top speed is around 80kmph, thus requiring a license and registration.

Yes DL and Helmet are mandatory for Vida V1, as it is more powerful and can accelerate more than 25kmph (top speed is 80kmph)

Yes. DL is required for any EV that has a motor rating above 250W and/or can move at a speed above 25 kmph.

    Rsa subscription

After sales service is too bad. They have only one service center in delhi, In rama road, Outskirts of the main city. They lure customers by promising about the services like home pick up and drop for routine service, Rsa subscription which they will tell later when it gets expired. And funny part is there is no subscription plan after a year to renew, So you are on your own when the vehicle gets broke down in middle of the road.
