    You may go for a wider tyre but upsizing the size of a tyre is increasingly becoming an obsession with people to create an added visual appeal to their bike. Moreover, It is advisable to go for an upgrade anywhere between the 3% margin for better performance and handling, increased grip and creating a visual appeal. Do take note that upsizing the wheels and tyres may decrease the fuel efficiency of the bike and may result in a speedometer error on the bike if upsizing is not correct. So, we would recommend you to go for a 17:140/90 sized tyre for better performance.

Q. I am looking for the best bike for my needs. I want one i can drive in the city. My wife rides with my on my bike and wants something to handle to bad roads and speed breakers better. Also we want to ride on long road trips and bring luggage. Don't know which is best BMW G310GS, Himalayan, or the 390 Adventurer. I like the low seat on the Himalayan that my wife could drive it. However it seems too heavy and not enough power. The BMW looks great but seems the suspension is too soft and brakes are week and the electronic package is pretty lame. I don't want anything more than 200kg bike.

    The ktm 390 adventure is an advanced and modernised sibling of ktm 390 duke. I have the red colour of this bike and exterior wise it looks quite good. It has good mileage, enough ground clearance and satisfactory and easy controls. The engine is powerful and the seat is comfortable and wide. My friend also has this model and it is quite reliable for daily commute.

    I am owning KTM 390 adventure from last 7 month and I am happy with the riding experience. the looks and fit and finishing is above average. it has a 370 cc engine which provide powerful performance even on hilly areas. mileage is around 25-30 kmpl. the ground clearance Little bit low and suspension could also be improved. the pricing is set on higher sides not affordable by middle class riders.
