    I myself had ridden rc 390 for about 2430 kms from delhi to Coimbatore in a single attempt in 33 hours but i felt really s****d after that.so when i returned from Coimbatore, i did around 1400 kms in a day and slept at night and then did the remaining 1000 kms on the next day.After this mayhem, i could not feel my palm for a week and the ring finger on my left hand was numb for about 2 months. Also i am a fit guy, so did not suffer any back pain but my shoulders were dead for a couple of weeks.My advice is, yes the bike can do 1000 kms in a day on an highway pretty easily, although it is a mammoth task. Hence you should be fit enough to be able to do that, mentally as well as physically. Lastly i would advice to ride in a time limited manner and not distance limited.

    Its pretty painful believe me, i did it once and after that I had to forget that I've a bike. But the real trick is only try to cover that much, which is below your pains and nothing else.

    No chance. You will end up filling fuel atleast 4-5 times on the way. Additionally you will have to pay doctors fee the very next day due to joint pain.

    KTM RC 390 is a perfect sports bike with a attractive appearance for today's youth. it comes with a 373cc engine which gives very powerful performance on highways. the mileage is around 23-25kmpl which seems low to many riders. the pricing is also a major concern as it is Higher than expected. the fit and finishing could be more better.

  • Incredible performer but uncomfortable

    I have a bs6 390 duke and I thought that is mind blowing until I got to ride the first generation bs3 390 and it feels like that bike has twice the power of the bs6. The performance and look of this bike is just incredible but is not comfortable.The engine is versatile and excitment but finishing is not good. The outstanding performance of this bike gives great ride without any heating issue. It is absolutely fun to ride bike and is it gives sporty ride.

    The KTM RC 390 is a powerful and aggressive supersport bike that's perfect for experienced riders who love exhilarating performance and sharp handling. It's not the most comfortable bike for long rides . It provides me a mileage around 25 kmpl in the city and up to 30 kmpl on the highway. The RC 390 has a claimed top speed of over 170 kmph which is perfect me to race with on highway with my friends .
