  • He Mercedes-Benz E-class sedan is getting a more powerful base engine for 2020, and with it, the designation for the four-cylinder model changes from E300 to E350. On the inside, it continues to feature the same layout but with a new dual-spoke steering wheel and touch-controlled steering functions. Q. I want to buy one of those SUV XC90 or Range Rover Velar R Dynamic S. Can you help me.
  • Hi ..if you see velar prominent among discovery or evoque in the showroom you are in love with the car. You will enquire about it only you will not see even the mighty range rover or f pace not even the Jaguars. It is stylish big with great infotainment. Two touch screens. Plush interior good ride quality and more than adequate boot. please see about xc 90 in other answers. It is great coming in as a 6 seater ,trimmedwith all the safety features. As 3 litre is not there go for 2 litre dynamic s diesel varient. Its not s CBI any more so you will get it at around 75lac(they offer good discounts too)Big boot great Downside is an inaccessible navigation system down side of velar and its siblings. Some times difficult to get in ,lacks the platform. If it had front sensors or cameras like the Amgs driving and parking would have been easy. xc90 is modest 6 seater from 2020.Trimmed compete make over again!! seats are accessible.Good engine options.better sunroof than velar . In spite if all goodies on an xc 90I suggest you yo go for a velar ,it is the most stylish SUVs. will suggest to wait for electric or hybrid xc 90 . Thanks .
  • If you are looking for off roading, go for Velar. If looking for luxury & family time, it is the Volvo.
Q. I want to buy a safest SUV in the range of 50-70 lakhs in terms of road safety. Which is most suitable in this? If luxury comes with safety I will be more than happy.
  • Mg gloster and BMW X5
  • Well, talking about safety, all the premium car manufacturers are engaged in a competition form making their models safer than others, so you should not be woried about the safety standards of these segment. If you are looking for just safety, comfort and luxury then you can go for Volvo XC90. and XC 90 is really vallue for money and considered as one of the safest car in the world. if you are a fan of performance and offroading with safety comfort and luxury your choice will be mercedes, Bmw, Audi and land rover. among these four my choice is land rover. You can go for an entry level model of land rover ( like discovery, dicovery sport or evoque). land rover is just more than value for money. As im having Xc 90 and land rovers in my garage i always prefer to drive land rovers most. because they provide a good appealing design, extreme luxury, extreme performance , comfort and safety respective to the money you spend. My humble opinion is " if you are planning to buy a premium segment car then you shouldnt be looking for safety, your concerns should be on performance and luxury featue because all the manufacturers in this segment is well reputed when it comes to safety." i hope my answer will be helpful for you. good luck.
  • Xc 60 will be my answer.Range rover discovery would have been the answer but it lacks simple things like gprs connectivity.
