better options available in this budget

My friend is owning Tiago NRG and I also had a drive on his car. I felt that the seats are little bit congested and legroom is compromised . The looks of interior are good and panels are perfectly fitted . If we talk about the engine performance it is quite impressive and mileage is also good which is around 20 kmpl. The boot space is also moderate . the handle is very soft to rotate which is plus point .

my best recommendation

I just looked over the Tata Tiago NRG, which is the Tiago in a tougher form. Between six and eight lakhs is the pricing range. Shades like Fire Red and Foresta Green are available. I thought the Foresta Green looked great; it's rather striking. Like the normal Tiago, it has a basic dashboard and cozy seats inside. For a modest family, the space inside is OK. The vehicle has some tough stylistic features and a larger ground clearance. On city streets, it handles nicely and rides smoothly. A hatchback with a hint of ruggedness is the Tata Tiago NRG.

Tata Tiago NRG - A Hatchback for Every Adventure

Last winter, I bought the Tata Tiago NRG and I must say, it has been great experience till now. My family and I always go out on weekends and we took this Tiago with us and we were thrilled with its performance every time. The 1.2L Revotron petrol engine with its 86 PS power, made the every trip memorable trip. The 180mm ground clearance was perfect for the occasional rough patches.Comparing it to the Maruti Suzuki Swift, I found the Swift felt a bit smoother on the highways.

Tata Tiago NRG Pros and Cons

Tiago NRG Positives Points: Funky looks. Safety is class leading. Feature standouts include climate control, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and a 7-inch touch screen.

Tiago NRG Negatives Points: Not the most exciting or refined driving experience. Styling is purely cosmetic with no increase in capabilities.

Zigwheels Expert's Conclusion : Combines all the good bits of the Tiago into a funky styled package. An exciting practical hatch if you want to stant out.

Amazing Car

Acquiring a Tiago, particularly the NRG model, was a decision that we never anticipated making. After test-driving an i10, we opted for the Tiago. Initially, our preference was the XZ(O) variant; however, the moment we laid eyes on the NRG model with its beefier appearance and distinctive style, we were immediately convinced. Fast forward to 2023, having spent three and a half years and covered 20,000 kilometers, it's safe to say that the seemingly impulsive choice of going for the NRG version was the best decision of all. The three-cylinder 1.2 engine might seem sluggish at times, especially when the car is fully loaded and the AC is running. Yet, once the AC is turned off, the difference is hardly noticeable. Nonetheless, the added weight and increased ground clearance come at a price, as the car doesn't instil much confidence in tight corners. The interior space is generous; comfortably accommodating five passengers without any inconvenience in this compact Nexon. What I find most appealing is how the car exudes a larger car ambience. This perception is not limited to the exterior but extends to the interior as well. So much so that frequently, people turn their heads to catch a glimpse of Tata's "new" model.

Effortless Drives Redefined

I now invariably take for the Tata Tiago NRG when I want a car and enterprising driving experience. Every drive is an instigative and dynamic experience thanks to its robust car and nimble running, and its important engine guarantees a smooth and operative interpretation on a variety of domains. My letch for both adventure and faculty is completely gratified by the auto's ultrapractical features and stoner friendly amenities, which also append a utilitarian aspect. Whether it's a long distance ride or a diurnal commute, the ample commands and useful features give an fresh subcaste of luxury to make every ride as affable as it's thrilling. For motorists appearing for a thrilling and affable driving experience, the Tata Tiago NRG is a reliable and usefuloption. It has actually come the zenith of adventure and fineness.

The Tata Tiago NRG which essentially is a crossove

The Tata Tiago NRG which essentially is a crossover-styled hatchback has been recognized for its design, options and interior room. With a low price, it has an optimal value for budget-minded buyers. Its attraction also includes safety features, such as airbags and ABS with EBD. Still some of the limitations are One 1.2 liter petrol engine option, which feels underpowered especially uphill. The AMT gearbox can sometimes be quite jerky, and perhaps high speed performance isn’t its strongsuit. The number of colors to choose from and the improvement but not a match for some established brands with Tata’s service network. In general, the Tiago NRG represents a great combination of practicality and looks for those who wish to have a hatchback in the style of a crossover.

A Sturdy Companion with Room for Improvement

The Tata Tiago NRG with its rugged looks and elevated posture caught my eye as the perfect city car with a dash of adventure. The increased ground clearance made it adept at handling hollows and speed bumps a frequent sight in Indian cities with grace. The interiors while comfortably seating five offered durability though it missed a premium feel. The infotainment system was user friendly but not without its occasional bugs. On the downside the Tiago NRG’s engine could sometimes feel underpowered especially when fully loaded and on inclines.

My Journey with the Tata Tiago NRG

After several months with the Tata Tiago NRG I find it a fantastical companion for city adventures and occasional rough destinations. This crossover hatchback variant of the Tiago brings enhanced ground clearance, rugged body cladding and roof rails making it slightly more adventurous in appearance and capability. However the infotainment system could be more responsive and the road noise is noticeable at higher speeds. Also the increased ground clearance does affect the handling slightly making it less sharp than its regular counterpart.
