• The Swift’s engine can be had with either a 5-speed manual or a 5-speed AMT.

• The C3’s NA engine is paired with the 5-speed MT, while the more potent turbo-petrol engine gets the option to choose between the 6-speed manual MT and the 6-speed AT.

Verdict 

For similar pricing, both Swift and C3 have their own advantages and disadvantages. The Citroen C3 should be your pick if you want a larger hatchback with more interior space and a more power turbo-petrol engine. However, you will miss out on certain essential features that are offered with Swift. 

The Swift on the other hand is ideal for city driving with its compact dimensions and fuel efficient engine. The features list is also much longer which elevates the overall experience compared to the C3. Apart from the aforementioned points, you also get Maruti’s well-established dealership network and low-cost maintenance.
