Updates for two Kia SUVs, discontinuation of Mahindra’s only MPV and the details of Mercedes-Benz’ upcoming entry-level electric SUV were among the highlights of the past week

The past week brought us the launch of a popular performance EV’s facelift, updates for a couple of Kia SUVs, details of an entry-level upcoming Mercedes-Benz EV, features added for a popular Mahindra SUV and an upcoming Mahindra off-roader SUV spotted with a feature which is loved by many. Mahindra Scorpio N Gets More Features 

Mahindra introduced ventilated seats and auto dimming IRVMs for the top-end Z8 L variant of the Scorpio N. The Indian car manufacturer also made wireless phone charging and the new black colour available across all Z8 variants of the Scorpio N. Head over to our story to know more about this news.

Kia Sonet And Seltos Updated 

Kia has updated both the Sonet and Seltos SUVs with a new GTX variant, and has offered a black (Aurora Black Pearl) colour with the X-Line variants, which was earlier available in an Xclusive Matte Graphite shade only. 

The Sonet’s new GTX variant is priced at Rs 13.71 lakh (ex-showroom), and is placed between the HTX+ and GTX+ variants. To know more about the Sonet updates, click here.

The Seltos’ new GTX variant has made ADAS features more accessible than before. It is priced at Rs 19 lakh (ex-showroom) and is placed between the HTX+ and GTX+ (S) variants. Tap here to know more.

Mahindra Marazzo Discontinued

Mahindra has silently removed the Marazzo from its official website, leading us to speculate that the  MPV has been discontinued. It was Mahinda’s only MPV on sale, and was last priced from Rs 14.59 lakh to Rs 17 lakh (ex-showroom). To know more about this news, tap here

Land Rover Defender Octa Launched 

Land Rover launched the Defender Octa on our shores from Rs 2.65 crore (ex-showroom). It is the most hardcore version of the Defender and is based on the Defender 110 (5-door). Mercedes-Benz EQA Details Revealed

BYD Atto 3 New Variant Coming In July

BYD will be introducing a new base variant for the Atto 3. It will get a smaller battery pack and some of the features could be removed to make this variant more affordable. Volvo EX30 India Launch Confirmed
