2024 BMW R 1300 GS - First Ride Review - The Ultimate Touring Machine

We rode the latest version of the big daddy of adventure touring motorcycles - the BMW R 1300 GS in Ladakh. From narrow winding roads to high Himalayan passes, the R 1300 GS is a true do-it-all machine. In its latest incarnation, the GS is lighter and more compact than before. Add to that revised suspension and an updated electronics suite, and this new GS is not only more capable than before, but it has become a lot easier to ride as well. BMW Motorrad will be offering the R 1300 GS in five variants in India - Plain White, Triple Black, Triple Black 2, GS Trophy and Option 719, with introductory prices starting from Rs 20.95 lakh (ex-showroom India).
