Exchange or return process: European Union

If you don't like the order and want to request a return, the first thing you should do is access the following link: exchange and returns portal.

During the process you will have to enter the email what you used to make the purchase and the order number. In addition, you can choose to make an instant refund thanks to Reveni. – More information below.

YellowShop reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline, items that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or used items. 

If the return is rejected, we will contact you to tell you how to proceed.

How you should prepare the PACKAGE:

  • Place the item in its original box and in the Yellow packaging.
  • Seal the box so that the package is not damaged.
  • Never stick anything to the shoe/clothing box as it may invalidate the return.
  • And all that remains is to deliver the package to the return point of the assigned transportation agency or deliver it to the transportation company agent on the scheduled date. AND READY!

Deadline to make an exchange or return:

You have a period of 1 year to request an exchange or refund. 

Cost of changes and returns:

  • Exchanges and returns are free, in Spain and the rest of the countries of the European Union (does not include the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), as long as you choose the point delivery method.
  • If you request a home collection, the cost will be as follows:
    • Spain and Portugal: 4.99 €
    • Balearic Islands: €11.99
    • Rest of Europe: Home collection not available

* If you process the return of an item purchased several times (same model, size and color) in different orders, you will be credited the amount of the last order placed.

Change of size or product:

During the exchange process you can request a size change or an exchange for a different product. If you select an exchange for a different product, we will guide you through the process to pay or receive a refund of the difference.

If you select a size change, the price will be preserved in case we find ourselves at a sale price.

Refund methods:

During the process you will also be able to choose 2 methods of reimbursement (provided the conditions are met):

  1. Instant refund to bank account: takes less than 5 seconds and you will not have to wait for us to receive the returned item.

* For cash on delivery payments, we will refund the money by bank transfer, so you will have to provide us with your account number to make said refund.

    • Return in a UPS point for free
    • Home pickup at a cost of €4.99.
  • Balearic Islands:
    • Home pickup at a cost of €11.99
  • Rest of countries in the European Union:

Taras or incidents:

If any item has a defect or there has been an error in shipping, and the garments are unused, you must carry out the process through the returns portal. When the Warranty Department of each brand has evaluated the condition of the items, the option of refunding shipping costs will be deliberated. – If you have already used the garments, contact atc@yellowshop.es and they will tell you how to proceed.

We remind you that Yellow Shop is not responsible for the use of the washing machine as a cleaning method and/or the inappropriate use of products that may damage the item and that it reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline.

Return of an exchange

For orders placed in Spain and Portugal (Iberian Peninsula):

We pick up your order wherever you want. In this case, once the return request has been sent to atc@yellowshop.es, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the collection date at the address you indicate.

Option only available for purchases made in Spain and Portugal (Balearic Islands not included).

The cost of collection is €4.99, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

For orders placed in the Balearic Islands:

We pick up your order wherever you want. In this case, once the return request has been sent to atc@yellowshop.es, the Customer Service department will contact you to confirm the collection date at the address you indicate.

The cost of collection is €11.99, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return.

For orders placed in other countries:

  1. Send an email to atc@yellowshop.es indicating:
  • Name and surname
  • Order number (Ej: #XXXXX)
  • Item, color and size
  • Reason why you want to return the order
  1. We will contact you to provide you with a return label so you can make the return. The cost of the return is €4.99, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return.
  2. How should you prepare the package?
  • Place the item in its original box and in the Yellow packaging.
  • Seal the Yellowshop box so that the contents of the package are not damaged and if you do not have the shipping box, use a similar one to make the return. 
  • Never stick anything to the shoe/clothing box as it may invalidate the return.

About Reveni

How long does it take for the money to arrive?

Depending on the method, it takes less than 1 second or 3-5 days from when you request the refund.

What if I haven't received my refund yet?

First make sure you are looking at your bank account rather than card transactions. And if you have not received it yet, please contact support@reveni.io

How much does it cost?

Nothing, the Reveni service is completely free and has no impact on your refund.

Can I request my instant refund at any time?

As long as you meet the exchange and return requirements, you can order it without problems.

What do I have to do?

Nothing! Only return the items in less than 15 days from when you request the exchange or return

What happens if I don't ship the products?

You would be breaching Reveni's conditions and they will begin the process to recover the refund.

What happens if I send the wrong product or send it used?

Your return will be rejected and Reveni will start the process to recover the refund. – Remember that if the product is factory defective you must request an exchange, not a return.

What happens if I have changed my mind and decide to keep the product after requesting an instant refund?

Contact our Customer Service team and the Reveni team will send you instructions to pay again for the unreturned product. 

Do I need to create a Reveni account to receive an instant refund?

No, you will only have to accept the terms and conditions when requesting the refund and entering your bank account.

Why do I have to enter my bank account if you already have my bank details when I purchase?

The way to get your money refunded immediately is through a bank transfer, so it is not valid with the card details. Additionally, Reveni does not have access to the card data.

Will my data be safe?

Reveni scrupulously complies with the GDPR and a strict internal security policy so that your data is safe at all times. Additionally, they undergo security audits on a regular basis.

Why does Reveni contact me by email if I have not provided my data to do so?

When you accept terms and conditions when requesting the exchange or return, you consent that Reveni may contact you. But they will only contact you if they detect that the order is delayed longer than it should.
