Andrew Laughlin
Working in Which? Product Testing, Andrew has deep knowledge about a range of tech and home products and appliances, from smartphones to dishwashers. He is also a specialist in digital and tech issues, most notably cyber security, data rights and online privacy/safety.
Emily Seymour
Emily Seymour is a content editor at Which?, specialising in energy and sustainability. She works closely with a cross-organisational group to embed sustainability into the heart of Which?'s ethos. She's also worked across retail, home improvements and home products during her time at Which?. She has a background in magazine journalism, and had a secondment as acting editor of Which? magazine in 2019.
Grace Forell
Grace Forell is a broadcast journalist with ten years + experience reporting across TV, radio, live events, online video and podcasts. Whether the topic is money-saving tips, cleaning hacks or consumer detriment such as greenwashing or inflation, Grace is a friendly and approachable spokesperson that puts the everyday consumer front and centre.
Guy Hobbs
Guy Hobbs is a Principal Researcher for Which? Travel, offering impartial reviews and guidance for consumers on their rights when travel plans go wrong. Guy has been a travel writer and editor for nearly 20 years and has written several guidebooks in that time, as well as writing for the Guardian and the Telegraph, among others. Prior to Which? he was publisher and series editor of both Cadogan and Globetrotter guidebooks.
Harry Kind
Harry Kind is a consumer rights presenter and writer with experience across live television, radio and online content. With his background in politics, economics and television production, he’s always ready and waiting with an ingenious piece of practical consumer advice to make life a little bit easier.
Harry Rose
Harry Rose has been editor of our flagship Which? magazine since 2018. An award-winning editor, Harry previously led our standalone personal finance title, Which? Money, and worked as a financial journalist.
Jessica Carson
Jessica Carson is the Food & Health editor at Which?, covering taste tests, Christmas food and food and health investigations. She has worked at Which? for over a decade, and previously covered cooking, floorcare and kitchen gadgets, advising consumers on everything from light bulbs to exploding ovens.
Jo Rhodes
Jo Rhodes is a Senior Researcher for Which? Travel. Jo has been at Which? for more than five years as an investigative researcher. Her specialists include sustainable travel, holiday scams and money-saving travel advice. She won best feature idea (print) at the BSME Talent Awards 2021.
Kamisha Darroux
Kamisha Darroux is a Principal Scientific Advisor, joining Which? back in 2017, working on all things product safety. She's managed our child safety testing, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, toys testing and was involved in creating the standard to test face coverings during Covid. With a background in science, Kamisha is always ready to explain the methods behind our coveted testing.
Katie Alpin
Katie Alpin has worked for a decade as an economist, social researcher, policy expert and campaigner on consumer issues. Her work has twice been recognised with the Sheila McKechnie Foundation's Consumer Campaign of the Year Award. At Which?, Katie leads our Strategic Insight team, providing rigorous, succinct analysis of the latest issues facing consumers, and what government and businesses can do to help.
Lisa Barber
Lisa Barber is the editor of Which? Tech Magazine. During her time at the organisation, Lisa has also been acting editor of Which? Magazine, covering paternity leave, and editor of the Which? Car Guide.
Lisa Webb
Lisa Webb has worked at Which? for six years. She's a lawyer in the Group Legal department and advises on all aspects of consumer and media law. A litigator by background, Lisa is leading Which?'s collective redress claim against tech giant Qualcomm and appears regularly as an expert commentator on matters relating to Which?'s legal powers.
Rob Lilley-Jones
Rob Lilley-Jones is a presenter and producer at Which?, helping bring our hard hitting journalism and rigourous research to life. He has a background in broadcast journalism, previously doing in a five year stint on BBC radio before joining Which?. He's passionate about telling the stories of real people, and helping consumers benefit from our useful advice which can help improve their everyday lives.
Matt Knight
Matt joined Which? back in 2013 as our vacuum cleaners, boilers and lightbulbs expert. In the eight years that Matt has been at Which? he's managed some of our highest-profile tests, and even launched some new ones including electric bikes, robot vacuum cleaners and most recently, electric scooters.
Currently, Matt manages our In-House testing team, conducting fast turnaround assessments of the latest products and services.
Natalie Hitchins
Natalie Hitchins is head of home, technology and lifestyle content at Which?. She has been at Which? for over 15 years and oversees content direction on everything to do with the home, technology and lifestyle – from essential services such as broadband and energy, to technology, food, health, motoring and sustainability.
Rory Boland
Rory Boland is Editor of Which? Travel, home of impartial travel reviews, independent advice from travel experts, and guidance for consumers on their rights when their travel plans go wrong. Rory has been working in travel journalism for 15 years, and has written for the BBC, Rough Guides and The Independent amongst others in that time. He is a regular spokesperson for Which? on national TV and radio on a wide variety of travel subjects, and writes consumer columns and Q&As for national newspapers as a travel expert. Rory has authored, contributed to and edited a number of guidebooks for National Geographic, Time Out and Zagat.
Sam Richardson
Sam has been the deputy editor of Which? Money magazine since 2019. He covers all areas of personal finance, with particular expertise in car and home insurance, investing, savings and sustainable finance. Previously, he edited other personal finance and business publications in London and Sydney.
Shefalee Loth
Shefalee Loth works in our investigations team researching food content, covering topics ranging from busting nutrition myths to food sustainability to food safety and fraud. Shefalee is a nutritionist and has been at Which? for more than ten years. Prior to Which? she worked for the NHS and in academic research.
Sue Davies
Sue Davies is our Head of Consumer Rights and Food Policy. Because of her extensive work in this field at Which?, she was awarded an MBE for services to food safety. She leads our consumer rights team, which as well as food, covers our policy work on a range of consumer protection issues, product safety, travel rights, sustainability and trade.
