Consumers' Association Annual General Meetings

2024 Annual General Meeting

This year's AGM will be held on Saturday 7 December 2024. It will be a virtual-only meeting, so ordinary members will participate online. You can read further details about the AGM in the 2024 Notice of AGM below.

Ordinary members can expect to receive their copy of the Notice of AGM, proxy form and Annual Report early in November, either by post or by email. Emails will be sent from consumersassociation@cesvotes.com, so you can be sure they're not a scam.

Become an ordinary member

If you would like to be invited to future Annual General Meetings and have a say in the governance of Which?, helping us to make sure we keep consumers at the heart of everything we do, become an ordinary member.

Ordinary member proposals and resolutions

Did you know that ordinary members of the Consumers' Association have the right to submit resolutions for a vote at our AGM? Read the following guidance note for more information. The window for members to submit resolutions for a vote at our 2024 AGM is now closed.

Ordinary members are also able to raise general governance proposals or concerns outside of the AGM process. Recognising that the aim is to encourage early and meaningful two-way dialogue, we suggest you contact us in the first instance as it may be possible to resolve your concerns without the need to follow the formal process detailed in the guidance note below. Write to the Company Secretary by post: The Company Secretary, Which?, 2 Marylebone Road, London NW1 4DF or by email: company.secretary@which.co.uk.

More ways to get involved

To help ensure we’re doing exactly what you, our members, want and need us to do, it's important to have your say. The AGM is the perfect place to do this if you’re an ordinary member.

There are lots of other ways to get involved too, such as through our various Which? Communities or by joining Which? Connect.
