Panasonic entrusts its operating system and smart menu to Amazon for its cheap TVs, which could be a risky strategy if the retail giant isn’t up to the task. We like Panasonic’s own My Home Screen operating system, too, so it’s a tough act to follow. The 43-inch TX-43MX800B is at the cheaper end of the spectrum, so doesn’t have the bells and whistles of its elite OLED cousins, but that doesn’t mean it can’t do well.
