The 15-inch Microsoft Surface Laptop 7 has been completely overhauled in terms of design and tech specs. It now has a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor and Microsoft is heavily marketing its AI abilities. But AI counts for nothing if the laptop can’t do the basics right.
