Symphony kitchens review

Our Which? member survey reveals how real customers rate Symphony kitchens

When assessing kitchens, we typically examine them in two ways – via a lab assessment of the units and a customer survey. Unfortunately, we were unable to test Symphony kitchens in our lab.

We contact all the brands before testing to collect information about their units, and to organise the purchase of test samples. When we approached Symphony with a request to test its units, the company opted not to participate.

This means we are unable to provide test results for their unit ranges, and we cannot give any of the Symphony kitchen ranges an overall score.

However, we still received enough customer survey responses to report on the brand.

The company also has an online kitchen design tool, so you can get a feel for different styles and combinations.

Symphony kitchen installation

Fitting a Symphony kitchen yourself

You can assemble and install Symphony's kitchens yourself. When we test kitchens in the laboratory, we also test how easy they are to install.

Unfortunately, because we were unable to test a kitchen from Symphony, we are unable to provide this information.

Does Symphony install kitchens?

No, not directly. You’ll need to buy a Symphony kitchen from an approved retailer. They may offer an installation service, or you will have to find an installation service yourself.

Before you commit to any fitter, we'd recommend you use Which? Trusted Traders to find a reliable fitter near you.
