key information

John Lewis sold carpets through their partnership with The Floor Room, which has now gone into administration.

As such, it is not currently possible to buy a carpet through John Lewis.

If you have made a purchase and you want to find out more, The Floor Room’s administrators are the first point of call for inquiries. John Lewis says that it will 'act as a safety net to make sure they get their money back'.
