The Kidde 2030-DCR battery-powered carbon monoxide (CO) alarm uses two AA batteries and they should last for around a year. The alarm uses chirps and blinking LEDs to show when the batteries need changing and when the alarm itself is at the end of its working life. There’s also another LED which flashes when the alarm itself is triggered by CO. So what’s it like at detecting CO? We tested it to find out. Carry on reading for our full test results and our review of this Kidde CO alarm.
