For medical emergencies abroad, call +44 (0)1603 208 044.

For claims that aren't the result of a medical emergency, call 0345 030 6983 (from the UK) and +44 (0)1603 603 716 (from overseas). You can also claim online.

Before calling for cancellation claims, you should contact your travel agent and/or airline to seek a refund or to move your trip.
