1) Senior HRIS Workday Analyst

The Key Focus Of The Role Is To:

● Support Workday modules (such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Absences, Time Tracking, Expenses, Talent and Performance, etc.) and troubleshoot & resolve tickets.

● Implement, test, and deploy enhancements to Workday

● Perform analysis and regression testing to support the adoption and implementation of Workday Feature Releases.

● Maintain system configuration and set up and configure reports and dashboards in Workday.

● Work closely with other stakeholder teams to ensure processes are working as designed, focusing on delivering consistent and optimum user experience.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

● Prior hands-on Workday HCM configuration experience (preferably across 2 or more modules) with a thorough understanding of Workday Security fundamentals and Workday reporting

● Degree/Diploma or Qualification in HR or Systems.

● Possess above-average root-cause analytical skills and good communication skills.

● Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.

● Outstanding stakeholder management skills and ability to foster lasting relationships.

Timezone: 07:00/07:30 AM IST time to start the work (full-time)

2)XML Analyst

Seeking a highly skilled contractor with expertise in XSLT, XQuery, and Schematron. The ideal

candidate will have a strong background in XML technologies and experience in developing and

maintaining complex XML-based applications. This role involves working closely with our

development team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our XML data processing.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain XSLT stylesheets for transforming XML documents.

Utilize XQuery to query and manipulate XML data.

Implement Schematron rules for XML validation.

Collaborate with the development team to integrate XML solutions into existing systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to XML processing.

Optimize XML workflows for performance and scalability.

Document processes

Qualifications:

Proven experience with XSLT, XQuery, and Schematron.

Strong understanding of XML, XPath, and related technologies.

Experience with XML databases and tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with other XML-related technologies (e.g., XSD, DTD).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and deployment systems (e.g., Jenkins)

Knowledge of web services and APIs.
