Project Overview We are looking for a developer to build a web-based accounting system for our OTC crypto exchange. The system will enable manual data entry for transactions, deal tracking, and financial reporting while supporting multi-currency transactions (crypto & fiat). A key feature is contact management, where all individuals (customers, vendors, or investors) are treated as persons with their own statements. There will be no separate classifications for buyers, sellers, or investors—everyone is a person whose financial interactions (credits, debits, and deals) are tracked and can offset future transactions. Additionally, we need a simple Telegram bot integration for sending notifications and executing quick commands like /balance, /deal, /credit, /debit, and /report. --- Key Features 1. Person & Contact Management Every entity (customer, vendor, investor) is categorized as a person with a unified transaction statement. Track all financial interactions (credits, debits, deals) and allow them to offset future transactions. 2. Deal & Transaction Tracking Log deals with persons, including crypto type, amount, price, and payment method. Record standalone transactions (e.g., receiving or paying money/crypto). 3. Product & Multi-Currency Support Add, edit, and delete cryptocurrencies as products. Set a base fiat currency and track profit/loss per transaction. 4. Expense Management Log and categorize business expenses (rent, salaries, utilities, etc.). 5. Financial Reports Generate key financial reports: Balance Sheet Profit & Loss Statement Cash Flow Summary Transaction History per Person Customizable date ranges (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly). 6. Telegram Bot Integration Send real-time notifications for transactions.
