Modification and addition in an existing website

We have an existing website in cake php/boostrap/mysql. We want four changes in the website.
1. We have modified the existing homepage. These changes need to be coded. Design will be provided in MSWord format.
2. We want two new sections to be added. These sections are similar to the ones already existing in the website. They mainly involve taking numerical data input from user, doing set of simple multiplication and addition, saving of data in database, and display of final number just the way it is being done for all existing sections. Design of these pages in MS Word will be provided. There is one extra feature we want in one of this new section. User should be able to choose from lists of entities. Entity and its value will be stored in the database. Since the value of the these entities changes periodically, we require a functionality that will allow uploading of a text file in fixed format containing all entities and their latest values. The code should be able to parse this file and update the values in the database.
3. Currently we have a common landing page for all menu items for a user who is not logged in. This page has short summaries of all menu items in one page itself. We now want this to be separated into separate landing page for each menu item with only respective summary related to that menu item only.
4. Website currently saves the last filled numerical data by the user while using website as a default. We want to give option to user to delete last filled data if he wants.
