Embarcadero Delphi desktop software application developement for windows

I will consider only offers from DELPHI EXPERT DEVELOPERS no other languages. I am a freelance looking for another freelance with long standing expertise in Delphi language and embarcadero IDE to develope in outsourcing a classic desktop C/S 2-tier dat-entry and management application with [login to view URL] and Firebird and can manage "common developement issues and improvements" under windows operating system using Delphi in a desktop client server application. This software are already exist in a legacy version. I want need to write it from scratch and improve it. i wil provide all the software requirements/specification and analysis with the list of : main table with details, lookup tables used in the application,etc. This application have to manage information transiting in a logistic deposit (data warehouse) “goods, quantities, weigth, customs clearance documents, etc” IN/OUT. It is not needed to handle a classic Deposit functionalities but only track into a registry what is introduced, what is exctraded, the balance of the in stock quantities and then produce some report. No other typical functionalities of a Deposit. In a simplified way: There is a main registry with all “introduction movements” where all the incoming goods are being recordered and for each introduction there will be one or more extractions. The software will use some table lookups for example for “country code table”, “goods code list and description” , “company name ”,etc. On this registry there will be some reports and the informations must be re-ordered and printed with several report option using date order and some codes inserted in each registry record. The software have to be installed optionally in a single client desktop version (no network) or on a LAN where few concurrent users will access the main registry table and the lookup table t (2,3 users generally maximum 5 /10) There would be no need to access the software and the DB from the web (I could evaluate this only as an option) The code must be implemented with some personalization options that will consent to have more then 1 installation. *** It is required a specific attenction to the UI developement for a FAST and CONTROLLED data entry (not made by the DB specs but by the software with editmask, grids "into" grids on a single main frame application where are all the fields, etc) *** I am a developer and i can estimate almost the required effort. I am not a big company asking for too complicated and expencive projects. I will eveluate offers that are price congruent and with correct abilities to can produce code that denotes the required expertise and functionalities
