We have a micro business brokerage selling businesses & commercial property.
We would like to create an advertisement with the main graphic looking a bit like a dramatic James Bond poster.

At this time we seek a low-cost draft-version to get the concept & elements right.
Final must must be a vector-art Adobe Illustrator file so it can be scaled to large poster size.
See attached images to understand roughly what we are looking for.
There must be no gun or violence suggested.

Key project details:
- This will be a single, standalone piece, not part of a larger series.
- The design needs to capture attention, provoke intrigue, and reflect our brand's identity.
- Feedback will be provided on initial sketches before moving to a complete, color version.
- Final deliverable should be in a digital format, ready for print and digital display.

The right designer for this project will have a portfolio demonstrating their ability to create compelling, realistic illustrations. Knowledge of promotional materials is a plus. Let's work together to create an outstanding piece of art that will captivate our audience!
