  I would want to model it in a similar fashion to Clickbank to encourage new sellers/websites to register and use our services by offering our Sales Team a commission
  
  or
  
  we should just keep it simple and ADD OUR own websites to keep it simple for us as Clickbank is a complex operation...
  
  So what will this simpler version cost me as I know its a very simple format...

  I would say, should we decide on using GHL, we can implement what I understand you need using h some custom development:
  We'll create a custom application funnel in GoHighLevel.
  Integrate a payment gateway (Stripe) to collect the $5 USD fee.
  This step will help filter out non-serious applicants.

  Hubspot CRM is great, but from my experience, a little too technical for many people to manage seamlessly.
  To address that, many people I've worked with find Gohighlevel (GHL) a good and very friendly platform with a plethora of amazing features from pipelines up to course building!
  GHL.
  
  Then again, can you kindly let what features do you want set up now for your media company? It will help us make a more informed decision.

     I want a potential sales person to apply for a job by paying say $5usd.

  I have done AI research on this and it becomes too technical for me.
  
  I am modelling my ideas and thoughts in a similar vein to CLICKBANK.com
  
  so I would want your thoughts on this asap as we are developing a small Media Styled Company because we own 00's of Top Quality Domains and we see this as the best way forward in marketing ALL our Businesses simultaneously once we have the CRM and we are also ready to introduce our own Digital Currency website so that we can grow this as a Business to feed into all our sales
  
  I have an idea of how much it will take to develop the CRM as its a FREE Open Source script as is the MLM
