Manage and maintain the security and integrity of the monitoring and automation systems. Manage systems resources and availability to ensure adequate cover for both day-to-day (BAU) workload and project delivery requirements. Ensures the monitoring and automation systems are available and reporting correctly in line with the company’s 99.999% SLA. Where appropriate, required, and/or contractually agreed, update and participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity design, planning, and execution. Contribute to the automation of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity services. Maintains documentation of systems, maps, processes, procedures, users, and technical information related to the Automation and Monitoring services and functions. Perform daily ticket reviews and ensure these are actioned, delivered, and completed according to the company’s agreed SLAs for priority levels. Review and respond to out-of-hours critical alerts as required. Manage the monitoring and configuration capture of network equipment and services, servers (physical and virtual), network storage devices, network communications equipment, and security Manage the provision, configuration, and deployment of Automation and Monitoring resources by e.g.: liaising with third-party suppliers for procurement; evaluating; and implementing of solutions. Ensures all changes are planned, communicated, and executed following the company’s Change process, and Client Change process where required and/or appropriate
