Terrible work, i had to pay a lot of money for totally unusable docs.

I hired Joelle to professionalize my website and deliver a new one in working order. We agreed on WordPress since it was an option on Yahoo, my host. I fed Joelle absolutely ALL the information. She was unable to ad any original value. When I would point out errors and send changes, she would say she had fixed everything and yet only a few corrections would have been made. The lack of attention to detail became worse and worse as the project went on. I could hardly have been more frustrated. She begged me not to give her a bad review, so I did my best to be patient. Finally, I gave up. The site looked "good enough" for me to put up on Yahoo and make the remaining changes myself. I asked Joelle to send me what I needed to move the site to Yahoo from the demo site that she created, and it did not work. I asked her to help and she was unable or unwilling to do that. I then had to get a professional involved and she did not give him what he needed. So now I am without a working website that I can use after spending countless hours with an incompetent person whom I found through Freelancer. Stay away from Joelle and stay away from Freelancer.

Joelle did a fantastic job writing an outbound email for us and turned it around in 1 day. Will definitely be hiring her again.
