Firstly it’s crucial for me to understand my line of work requires me to always have empathy for patients, I also have the advantage because I sort of relate with patients as I’ve been a patient myself I understand how they feel so it’s easy for me to interact and understand my patients, if I do come across one that is highly difficult I always make sure I get my manager by my side to help assist should I start to experience any problems.
