Assel Solutions (AS) has a deep bench of talent and they definitely know what they are doing. There were numerous delays in the project because the design phase stretched 1 month longer than expected (we provided additional payment), but I give AS credit for doing their best to work through the issues with us. I recommend that clients planning to hire AS have someone who can manage the project in a HANDS-ON, professional fashion. In our case, we are a small company, not technically-savvy, and did not have someone who could act as a project manager (PM) for an hour or two per day, so this caused problems because the developers were waiting for our input which sometimes didn't arrive for days. As far as the technical competence of AS, I give them top marks. Their price point was also excellent. My only caveat would be before choosing AS, make sure that you have someone who is technically-capable of directing the project and answering developer queries in a timely fashion!
