We are looking for a dedicated freelance SALES specialist to help us onboard healthcare professionals to our healthcare platform, DocLah ([login to view URL]), based in Singapore. Your role will involve reaching out to targeted healthcare professionals, explaining the benefits of our platform, and encouraging them to sign up for a free trial.
Scope of Work:
-- Lead Generation and Outreach via phone
Identify and contact doctors, such as general practitioners, specialists (e.g., dermatologists, pediatricians, gynecologists), and private clinics in Singapore.
Use phone calls, and LinkedIn to reach out to potential leads.
-- Communication and Recruitment
Clearly explain the benefits of DocLah and guide healthcare professionals through the sign-up process.
Address any questions or concerns from healthcare professionals in a professional and friendly manner.
-- Follow-Up
Conduct follow-ups with healthcare professionals who have expressed interest but have not completed the registration process.
Ensure consistent communication to maximize sign-ups.
-- Reporting
Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and results using the CRM provided (HubSpot).
Provide weekly progress updates, including the number of contacts made, responses received, and healthcare professionals signed up.
-- Deliverables
- Submit detailed call logs including date, time, and outcomes of each outreach call.
A minimum of 10 healthcare professionals sign-ups per week for the DocLah platform.
Weekly reports summarizing outreach efforts and results.
Detailed feedback on common objections or challenges faced during recruitment.
The initial contract is for a trial period of 4 weeks, with the potential for extension based on performance.
