I'm in need of a dedicated Virtual Assistant (VA) with the ability to generate leads through cold calling. The aim is to identify individuals interested in investing in a hard money loan company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to potential leads across the nation
- Gauge the investment interest level of each lead
- Gather and report on the financial background of each lead
- Collect and organize contact details of potential investors
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in lead generation and cold calling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess financial backgrounds and investment interest levels
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Prior experience in the finance or investment sector is a plus
The VA must utilize cold calling tools for efficient lead generation. Explain the loan terms and conditions to potential investors. The VA should focus on real estate investors as the target market. The VA is expected to generate 10-20 leads per week. The VA can be entry-level but must show some understanding of lead generation and cold calling. Please conduct cold calling during standard business hours. Reports should clearly outline the interest levels of potential leads in investing. Please provide lead reports in a detailed spreadsheet format. Leads should have a minimum investment capacity of $50,000.
The VA should use an automatic dialer for cold calling.
