Need small python desktop application - simple one screen - In background we must able to listen keyboard and mouse count and store them in one file - Call api every 2 mins and update it on server, if no internet or api fail, then write in file, If api success and there is data in file, take one by one and update on server too. - All api I will provide - This setup must work in my system

I have made many desktop application using python tkinter. I have done such things many time in my application. Like sending or uploading file on sftp servers. Allow them only when internet is present. I can do this project within two days if you give me chance.
