need Code script to scrape data and send emails

I am outsourcing this project because this is outside my area of expertise. The idea is that I can easily send package this is a software system that I can sell to small businesses. Once a business wants to signup, they will get to choose 2-3 Facebook groups that they want to scrape data from. For example, an electrician may want to be in a group called "San Francisco Community Message Board" and anytime somebody posts "I need an electrician to fix my lights," the keyword electrician will be indexed and that post will be emailed to the email on file for the electrician's company. I can manually take down contact info, email, payment method, etc from the small business. I just need a program that will scrape data, look for keywords, and send those posts via email. Ideally, I can easily change the groups that will be scanned and the keywords that will be used as search words. If this comes as a GUI that's great. If it works best to plug it into a website, I can build a simple website interface.
