We are recording video-files with RecordRTC and facing problems with the result when, especially, client uses Safari (macOS, iOS). The resulted file is playable, but not seekable and not valid, see demo file uploaded to this project.
We are running Ubuntu-server 20.04 with PHP 8.
The conversion/fixing has to be executable within a cronjob on server, but any library may be installed for it (e.g. FFmpeg).
What shall be delivered:
Linux command line, bash-file, php, java, python ... anything that runs on linux ubuntu 20.04 (php8) ... to crawl local directory of video-files (webm, mp4, ...), cycle through them, convert/fix to final output mp4-files (must be valid and seekable).

IMPORTANT:

a.) include watermark (gif/png-file with transparent backgroud + text)
