The design uses a free wordpress template as layout and functionality, this will have to be modified to accommodate all following requirements. Most elements used in the design are provided but an artistic eye is needed to tie them all together. At this time the design is about 50% completed but it will have to undergo some modifications to be more user friendly. The website is based mostly on user submitted posts therefore this will have to be the most important characteristic of it. The user input box needs to catch the attention of the user and promote him to post. Posts will have to contain text and media, and will contain a rating system based on IP that will result in a top 10 post scale . Users will be able to post and rate while being loged in with an alias or as anonymous, this option has to be consistent throughout the site and therefore emphasized. Media will include artwork that should be represented by several pictures and a different rating system , the artist should be given the option to be contacted by the viewers through the post. Site should avoid spam posts and be able to update posted content on to twitter and facebook . More information will be provided to winning bidder.
