Javascript Coding - YOU NEED TO BE GOOD FOR THIS!

I need someone to create a page in which the following will happen. A user / buyer is at [[login to view URL]][1], they are looking at an item, this item has a specific item number and URL that changes based on the item, within the auction/item description there is a "link" that I will create in the auction page that will forward them to a NEW Webpage. This new webpage needs to open 2 browser windows, 1 on top that is a minimal browser that will have HTML of my later choosing. THE 2nd window will appear on the bottom and will take up approximately 90% of the screen, the top 1 taking up 10%. When these 2 windows open, the original page must close itself. The 2nd window that opens on the bottom must open back to Ebay and back to the Original URL and Ebay item #. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform The platform that the pages are to be located on is a Unix platform and can run Javascript. No ASP, etc. Both MSIE and Netscape browsers must be supported fully.
