Build a Website

We need to hire a developer (or a team of developers) in hourly basis, to help us complete a website we are creating. I need to know how much you are going to charge for 10 hours of development. We expect to use at least 10 hours every week, but this amount could vary depending on how every project goes. Because the idea is to have a long-term relationship, we need to be able to communicate with you through Skype. The code needs to be programmed following a Code Convention document we will provide and all the code you develop need to be stored on a Git repository that we will also provide. The general way I expect to work is the following: I give you the documentation of the project I need to develop. You tell me the amount of hours the project will take. I create the milestone according with the amount of hours and the price per hour, and we pay after the development is done. After that, I create the next milestone-project following the same procedure. We will need to have a good communication in case there is any question of the project (before to create the milestone) The first Milestone-Project that needs to be done is to develop the Form (only the front end) for a Search Engine we already developed (back end is already done). The form needs to be develop using HTML, Java Script, Bootstrap Framework and JQuery, very similar to the Form of the search you can see at [login to view URL] (standard and advance). We are going to provide the information of the fields in every search option, the general look & feel, etc. You only need to make the programming. The second milestone will be to show the Results of this milestone. We are going to provide also with the documentation of this. The knowledge required for this and the rest of the future projects - milestone are: Good knowledge and experience in: HTML5, CSS3 and Bootstrap Framework. JavaScript, JQuery Framework PHP coding and MySql. Asynchronous request and data transfer using JSON. Experience and Good understanding with: Cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them. SEO principles and ensuring that application will adhere to them. Code versioning tools (svn, git). Some basic experience and knowledge with linux and bash scripting. You need to bid regarding how much you are going to charge me for TEN HOURS of development.
