Converting small Applescript Studio appplication to Cocoa

Hello, A while back I wrote an Applescript Studio application with a visual interface to automate the creation of a Microsoft Word document. It's fairly simple: a workflow of several input windows that gather data (user generated and from Address Book) and format it into and save it as a Word document. I'm replacing my Snow Leopard iMac computer with a new one and of course XCode 3 doesn't run on Mavericks which will prevent me from making any updates in the future which will be a problem for me. I don't have the time to learn Cocoa to the degree that is needed I'm looking for a developer who can take my Applescript Studio application and convert it to Cocoa with annotations in the code so that I can make changes if necessary.
