Lead iOS developer wanted to join our mobile shopping startup!

We are looking for an experience iOS developer to join our startup as a remote worker. Your job will be to lead the development of the iOS app and in the future lead & manage the API team. Core Requirements: -Strong Objective-C, especially: categories, class extensions, protocols (for delegation + interfaces), new literals syntax, ARC -Intermediate C, especially: pointers (dereferencing, arithmetic, casting, void*) -Interface Builder, storyboards -Thorough appreciation of MVC -Experience developing your own static libraries -Intimate knowledge of Cocoa Touch: UIKit, especially tables, custom cells, MapKit, Delegation, Custom views, CoreAnimation -Working knowledge of C preprocessor (object+function macros, defines) -Familiarity with client side RESTful APIs and HTTP as a transport protocol -OAuth for Social Network integration -Very experienced with Git and distributed workflows -Very experienced managing lots of dependencies using Cocoapods. -You have created your own Cocoapods library -Experience with software design patterns: Singleton, Facade, Blocks/closures, Factory, Inversion of Control, Proxy -Experience with app performance testing, profiling and debugging -Ability to write clear and concise documentation -Comfortable with Agile software development Bonus Points: -You are part of the open source community and have published or contributed to Open Source (GitHub, BitBucket, StackOverflow links, etc.) -You have a strong sense of UX and design -You have an app on the App Store -Especially awesome if you've worked with any of these technologies: ZeroMQ, Thrift/Protocol Buffers, Vagrant
