Playschool / Daycare Enrollment Growth Consultant

I'm in need of an experienced consultant focused on Sales and Business Development, specifically aimed at increasing enrollment in my playschool/daycare. This role will primarily involve: - Developing and implementing innovative sales strategies to boost our enrollment figures - Leveraging your expertise in the education sector to build beneficial partnerships with other organizations - Enhancing our brand awareness through effective offline marketing techniques - Organizing and participating in community events to increase local awareness. - Conducting thorough market research to identify key enrollment drivers and trends. - Gathering and analyzing parent feedback to improve services and increase retention. - Analyzing competitor playschools to develop unique selling points. - Creating and managing referral programs to encourage word-of-mouth marketing. - Training calling staff on effective sales and enrollment techniques. - Collaborate with local pediatricians to recommend the playschool to their patients' families. - Languages level: English Fluent, Hindi Fluent, Marathi Fluent Ideal candidates should have a proven track record in the education sector, particularly with preschool or playschool institutions. Skills in sales, business development, admissions consultancy and offline marketing will be highly beneficial. Focus on strategies within our local community enhancing brand visibility. Timeline for the project is 6 months. *As it's a direct sales need, outside Mumbai need not apply.
