Ongoing Social Media Content Graphics Design and/or Video Editing

Project Description: Introduction: -I own three dental offices. One of which has a periodontist and several Spanish speaking team members. One of the offices has two websites, one for general dentistry and one for periodontics, both of which have English and Spanish pages. This results in 6 social media accounts at each platform. -My marketing manager and I will take your content and use [login to view URL] for our social media posting coordination. -I am looking for either one person to do both the graphics design and video editing, or a different person to do each. In your response, clarify if you are applying to do both or only one of the two options, and if so, which one. -We hope this will be an ongoing project for at least one year, hopefully longer. -We prefer a minimalistic, modern, color coordinated esthetic between posts for our graphics design. Scope of work: -Each post will be done for each of the 6 accounts at all seven social media platforms we use (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and Twitter/X) for a total of 42 postings. -The ideal candidate should understand each platform's specific requirements for engagement, including post dimensions, content style, and best practices. -Other than the two Spanish language accounts, the posts will have the same text, video and images. For example, with a graphics post, you’ll create one graphic, adjust size for platforms necessary size restraints and overlay each one with that office’s watermark and give us the 42 images. -Over time, if one or more are not receiving enough engagement, we’ll narrow down the platforms we post to according to the data we see. The project will likely narrow it’s scope accordingly. -Images will primarily be posted on social media platforms where that works well (ie-instgram, but not Tiktok). Whereas, videos will be posted everywhere with links to video elsewhere on platforms where videos don’t post well (ie-Twitter or LinkedIn). -If you have creative ways to turn graphics into videos, we’ll pay you the video editing fee for that instead of the graphics fee. -Posting frequency for all platforms will be 3-5 posts a week. -We hope to start this project next week and build a backlog of content to start posting in January according to the schedule in the bullet point above. Expectations: -If graphics design and creation only, take our ideas and turn them into images to post. -If video editing only, take footage we provide and edit it into a shorter, polished, professional version for the social media post. -You do not need to provide Spanish text for Spanish accounts. We’ll provide you with that text before you create the final images. -Freelancer(s) should be open to incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to ensure the content aligns with our goals. Payment Structure: -To keep things simple, provide what you want your payment to be per project, according to the guidelines below: -Each graphics project would be to take a concept from us and turn that into a primary graphic. Then alter that primary graphic as needed to meet the size requirements for each social media platform, add each office’s logo as a watermark to provide the final 42 images as described in the Scope of Work section above. If we do 5 primary graphics in one post it will be that rate x 5 and you’ll produce 210 images. If we do only one primary graphic, it will be that rate x 1 to produce the final 42 versions of the primary graphic. -Video Projects: a.     Short videos will be max 30 seconds. b.     Longer videos we host on YouTube and access through link from other social media will be paid for by the minute. So for a 3 minute video, it will be our agreed rate x 3 and a five minute video will be our agreed rate x 5. c.     Longer videos will be office tours, specific explanations of our sterilization process or tech we use in the office and occasionally, patient testimonial videos. We’ll give you all the raw video and you’ll edit it into a final product with titles, graphics, etc. as necessary. Provided Tools and Resources: -If desired, I have hundreds of dental social media marketing templates you can use on Canva to easily change colors, etc. You can also create your own from scratch with the ideas we provide. You can use our Canva log in or your own if you already have one. See our purchased templates attached sample image. -We run everything through Google Drive so I’ll create a shared folder with you to access anything you need. Optional Add-ons: -Let me know if you have any ideas or suggestions that could stand out to us as options we weren’t thinking about, but could create a greater product than we were planning on. -Please include a portfolio of relevant work and specify whether you’re applying for graphics design, video editing, or both.
