Statutory and marketing promotional tools

Hi, I am looking for someone to design: 1)letterhead 2)bussiness card 3)enveloppe 4)postcard 5)and 1 page website promotional tool. Please keep in mind this company is in Quebec, Montreal and both language are french and english. Looking for a lot creativity. Person needs to be available and good at responding back and forth by email or msn and if possible by phone. Website will be disclosed in pm. Also, mock up will be very much appreaciated. I am open to different colors and nice creativity. Please do not contact me if price range is too low and if you have no intention of being committed. I have no more than 150$ for these projects.
