I am looking for an expert in Django, Python, and Google Sheets API to help automate some tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Task Automation: Primarily focusing on automating data processing tasks.
- Data Transformation & Formatting: This will involve manipulating data into a suitable format for analysis.
- Develop an automation script using Python
- Utilize the Google Sheets API to synchronize data for our Django website Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Python
- Extensive experience with the Google Sheets API
- Strong background in automation and scripting
- Understanding of data synchronization processes
- Skill in Django is bonus
Ideal Skills:
- Proficiency in Django and Python: Essential for creating effective automation scripts.
- Experience with Google Sheets API: Necessary for interfacing with Google Sheets.
- Data Processing Expertise: Prior experience in transforming and formatting data is a plus.

Basically, we have a data processing project which is going to be presented into our new website. We need a backend Python Developer whom can process data in our Google sheet then be dumped into SQL, eventually going to be presented into our new website. Therefore, the Python developer needs to be familiar with Google sheet API, Django framework API, and scrapping for our data processing. Data synchronization should occur in real-time.
Our budget is $3/hour for maintaining the codes and website $5/fix rate for replicating or making a new code, but for a specific code if it's not that easy since you need to crawl from third party API etc, you can negotiate it. You can also negotiate after our website is finished and when we eventually we start earning customers then we will be able to have more money to increase our budget.
